Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our ABA practice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Maintain organized office records and supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with open and closure of the center

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of ABA practices is a plus

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
