Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and take accurate messages, including return phone numbers and caller names; receive deliveries and handle faxes
- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence
- Ensure the accuracy of all documents
- Perform administrative duties including research, filing, mailings, organizing files, and calendaring
- Conduct legal research as assigned
- Make copies and handle billing entries daily
- Perform other tasks as requested by Firm Management
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Law firm experience preferred
- Domestic experience preferred
- Familiarity with PC programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegals with prior family law or litigation experience are encouraged to apply
