What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prospect, develop, and close new business while building support from multiple stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare systems
- Deliver direct sales and nurture relationships with distribution partners
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a sales team as the market expands
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales progress and report to the international leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the IT/Imaging healthcare industry
- Strong sales leadership background in the hospital IT/Imaging field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams for growth
