Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for various roles across the business
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Source, engage, and nurture diverse candidates through innovative outreach and networking
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on business-side roles
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to closing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Commitment to building inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech sectors
  • Familiarity with scaling recruiting processes in a growth-stage company
  • Exposure to modern ATS platforms like Ashby
