Therapist - Independent Contractor | Highland Springs | American Fork

Contract position with flexible scheduling and independent contractor status.

Offer

• Schedule: Set your schedule | 8 - 40 available hours
• Pay: $43-60 per reimbursed hour or per session provided
• Sign-on Bonus (based on hours per week contracted):
• 1-10 hours/week = $500 sign-on bonus
• 11-19 hours/week = $1,000 sign-on bonus
• 20+ hours/week = $1,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
• Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
• Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment
• Assists with program support needs as necessary

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited university/college
• Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC
• 2+ years experience in social services
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service
