Therapist - Independent Contractor | American Fork

Position details are provided as part of Highland Springs Specialty Clinic. Independent Contractor role with flexible scheduling in American Fork, UT.

Pay

Base pay range: $43.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Schedule

Set your schedule; 8 - 40 available work hours per week.

Sign-on Bonus

(based on hours per week contracted – see below)

• 1-10 hours/week = $500 sign-on bonus
• 11-19 hours/week = $1,000 sign-on bonus
• 20+ hours per week = $1,500 sign-on bonus

Job Summary & Deliverables

The ideal therapist is a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and a compassionate, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for helping people. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing situations.

• Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
• Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
• Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment
• Assists with program support needs as necessary

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited university/college
• Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC
• 2+ years experience in social services
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service
