The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.

- Education — High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
- Retail experience — at least 1 year preferred
- Supervisor / managerial experience — not required

The starting rate for this position is $18.15 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range is $18.15 - $18.15 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
