The Express Lube Technician is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles. This position requires excellent teamwork and the ability to perform repetitive, complex tasks. It is an hourly paid position.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Accurately complete multi-point inspection forms on each vehicle
- Utilize product and technical training provided by manufacturers and management
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs
- Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices
- Automotive technical school certifications are preferred
- Previous experience is highly preferred
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
- Be at least eighteen years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Possess basic tools
- Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
