Position: Quick Lube Technician (entry level)
We are looking for smart, energetic, technically-focused Quick Lube Technicians who will help us redefine the car-servicing experience. This is an hourly paid position and offers opportunities to earn pay commensurate with performance and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
- Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
- Treat customer vehicles with care and return them in the same condition or better than when brought in
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools
- Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices
- Maintain basic tools and stay current with required certifications
- Follow safety and quality standards as part of daily duties
- Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Qualifications
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred
- Previous automotive experience highly preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have basic tools
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
