Responsibilities

• Support development of the company's long-term fleet strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and aircraft economics to inform fleet decisions.
• Develop a 5-year fleet plan considering aircraft deliveries, network requirements, and operational constraints.
• Analyze aircraft economics for acquisitions, retirements, and investments.
• Conduct financial analyses, including valuation and sensitivity analysis, to support fleet investments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and with aircraft manufacturers to evaluate fleet projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or similar advanced certification.
• Strong understanding of airline and aircraft economics.

Skills and Certifications

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
