Overview

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales at Victoria’s Secret. This role reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
  • Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Drive consistency in performance and execution through business insights and actions to deliver results.
  • Coach and develop leaders within the area of responsibility by being a content expert in brand, team, and operations.
  • Own or oversee the weekly schedules of leaders and associates.
  • Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
  • Conduct associate observations and coaching; understand all associate roles and ensure roles support the team and customer.
  • Link results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
  • Independently manage labor hours to drive top-line sales and profit.
  • Maintain brand appearance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of brand requirements.
  • Demonstrate and lead company policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.

As Assigned (based on store volume): Customer Experience Manager(s), Customer Experience Lead(s), and Associates.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand.
  • Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate action to achieve results.
  • Self-aware with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
  • Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment where people do their best work.
  • Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
  • Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional partners to get things done.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
  • 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Salary

Minimum Salary: $79,200.00

Maximum Salary: $99,000.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role. Your actual salary will be determined by factors including skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
