Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, and cafeteria areas, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors with appropriate cleaning agents, reaching all above areas.
2. Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending, and stooping as needed.
3. Clean and polish all metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motions.
4. Empty trash receptacles.
5. Assist with washing coffee mugs and drinking glasses.
6. Keep the lobby area neat and clean, including trash pickup and floor cleaning, especially at the front entrance.
7. Assist Front Desk with guest requests such as delivering towels, toiletries, etc.
8. Walk the parking lot daily to pick up excess trash.
9. Turn in all lost and found items and guest room keys.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
11. Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
12. Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures.
13. Use protective equipment appropriately.
14. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage, or loss to management.
15. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety and security protocols.
16. Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, as outlined in the team member handbook.
17. Perform any related duties as requested by management.
18. Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
