Responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, and cafeteria areas, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.

- Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors with cleaning agents, reaching all above areas and adhering to cleaning procedures.
- Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms overhead, bending, and stooping as needed.
- Clean and polish metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motions.
- Empty trash bins.
- Assist with washing coffee mugs and glasses.
- Maintain a neat and clean lobby area, including trash pickup and floor cleaning, especially at the front entrance.
- Assist Front Desk with guest requests such as delivering towels and toiletries.
- Walk the parking lot daily for trash and debris.
- Turn in all lost and found items and guest room keys.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
- Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures.
- Use protective equipment as required.
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage, or loss to management.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as outlined in the team member handbook.
- Perform any related duties as requested by management.
- Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
