You are part of the Magnolia Houston Hotel team, empowered to provide exceptional cleaning services in all public areas, guest corridors, and other assigned spaces. You will collaborate closely with team members who are committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

Responsibilities

1. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
2. Share your passion and knowledge to complete all cleaning responsibilities effectively.
3. Ensure safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of corridors, linen and storage closets, and public areas. Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and foster loyalty.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and management about observations to meet guest needs.
5. Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries by being knowledgeable about services, features, and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Flexibility: Willing to work varied days and hours in a demanding yet enjoyable environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in service roles is preferred.
