Hobby Lobby has an outstanding and unique opportunity for a Telecommunications Provisioning Coordinator located at its corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK.

Overview

The Telecommunications Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of communication services for retail locations throughout the United States. Serving on a specialized team, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be highly confident making decisions working with cross functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provisioning and coordination of Telephony and Network service installations
  • Coordination with on-site general contractor ensuring services are implemented in a timely manner
  • Maintaining consistency in service quality across all interactions and channels
  • Provide positive customer service experiences
  • Manage assigned trouble tickets

Job Description - Requirements

Required

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience utilizing MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead small to mid-sized projects

Knowledge:

  • LAN and WAN computing networks
  • Telecommunication industry best practices
  • Interpret and understand building construction drawings

Experience:

  • 2+ years relevant Telecommunications systems experience
  • Extensive troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and performance monitoring

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 lbs.
  • Subjected to sitting, standing. walking, bending
  • Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment
  • Extensive time will be spent on the phone, using a personal computer and reading both electronic and hard copy materials

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree Telecommunications, Computer Science or related discipline desired (a combination of training, work experience and education will be considered)
