Are you seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex, mission-critical Program? Leidos is currently looking to add a Systems Engineer (Entry-level) to an Information Assurance Program near Ft. Meade, MD.

The successful candidate will participate in the development of system engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents. They will provide technical support for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation, analysis, functional allocation, systems requirements reviews, concepts of operation, interface standards, system architectures, and technical assessments. Support will also extend to operational views, technical standards, and system/service views for architectures using DoDAF standards, as well as planning and testing of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process and other government C&A processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for technical planning, system design reviews, development and integration oversight, verification, and validation assistance. Duties include systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, technical management, system testing, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited university. 2-4 years of relevant experience required; 5+ years of SE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Space System Engineering.

Pay Range: $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
