Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and execution for cybersecurity clients, maintaining relationships with key reporters
• Own execution of cybersecurity-focused PR programs including media relations and content development
• Write and edit high-impact cybersecurity content such as press releases and thought leadership articles
• Measure and report on the ROI of PR programs, using analytics to optimize initiatives
• Mentor junior staff in media strategies and relationship building

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting
• Direct experience working with cybersecurity clients or within the security industry
• Strong media relationships across tech, business, and security trades
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Experience managing client communications and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence using analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics
• A collaborative, curious, and client-first mindset
• Ability to understand and translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling narratives
• Previous experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
