Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and execution for cybersecurity clients, including crafting and delivering creative media pitches
• Own tactical execution of cybersecurity-focused PR program elements, such as media relations and thought leadership
• Write and edit high-impact cybersecurity-focused content, ensuring technical accuracy and journalistic relevance
• Measure and report on PR program outcomes, using analytics to refine strategies
• Mentor and support junior staff in building their cybersecurity knowledge and media skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting
• Direct experience working with cybersecurity clients or within the security industry
• Strong media relationships across tech, business, and security trades
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Confidence using analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing client communications, priorities, and deliverables
• A collaborative, curious, and client-first mindset
• Familiarity with AI tools that support campaign precision and efficiency
