Commercial Service Advisor – Atlanta Job at Jerry Pate Company in Atlanta

Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is seeking candidates for our Commercial Service Advisor role for our Atlanta location. This position assists in the supervision of day-to-day shop operations and serves as the liaison between the customer and service department. In addition, this position oversees workflow and schedules (shop and/or field), interviews new candidates, and provides performance input. The Service Advisor assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and when promised.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma.
2. At least two years of related work in a customer service capacity.
3. Able to lift 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
4. Evidence of technical education.
