Expected total compensation is $140k - $280k OTE

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As an Account Executive, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients. Your role involves expanding our client base by identifying and acquiring new business, understanding client needs, promoting our services, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. This position requires strategic thinking, strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Research and analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Negotiate, address objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of success in achieving sales targets with a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPIC methodologies.
  • Experience managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to meet targets.
  • Understanding of IT managed services, Networking, and AV industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to close deals using strategic approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of identifying and leveraging market opportunities.

The pay range for this position is a guideline and not a guarantee. Compensation will depend on responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and other factors.

Pay Range: $110,000—$140,000 USD
