Are you a skilled Mobile Engineer searching for the perfect opportunity to showcase your technical expertise in facility maintenance? Look no further!

Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer ready to join a fantastic team in the South Atlanta area and make an impact across multiple facilities.
What You'll Be Doing...
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, and Central Utility Plant Operations, with multi-skills in other craft areas.
  • Perform maintenance, monitor repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and function.
  • Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, calibrated, and parts changed to maintain HVAC systems at peak performance.
  • Record readings and adjust as needed for optimal equipment operation.
  • Adhere to safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring a clean and safe workplace.
  • Perform periodic tool and instrument inventory checks.
  • Monitor quality and pricing of maintenance by outside contractors.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, ensuring good housekeeping and the safety of work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for hazards.
The Right Person Has...
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues in Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.

Work Schedule: 8-4pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime if called in. No on-call duties required.
