Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer ready to join a fantastic team in the South Atlanta area and make an impact across multiple facilities.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, and Central Utility Plant Operations, with multi-skills in other craft areas.
- Perform maintenance, monitor repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and function.
- Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, calibrated, and parts changed to maintain HVAC systems at peak performance.
- Record readings and adjust as needed for optimal equipment operation.
- Adhere to safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring a clean and safe workplace.
- Perform periodic tool and instrument inventory checks.
- Monitor quality and pricing of maintenance by outside contractors.
- Comply with all safety procedures, ensuring good housekeeping and the safety of work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for hazards.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues in Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
