Overview

We are seeking a Technology Support on a contract basis to help support our client’s business needs. This role is on-site in Indianapolis, IN.

Our client is a multinational professional services network providing audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Manage incident resolution and ensure clear communication across key stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve incidents within defined service levels.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Strong background in ITIL v4 methodology.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support operations (hands-on development skills not required).
• Proven ability to manage incident resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
