Position Summary
This is a technician role that requires daily travel throughout a designated territory near Indianapolis, Indiana. The technician will perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products. Responsibilities include product field support, including hardware, software, and systems networking. Qualifications
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with basic networking preferred.
- 1+ year experience in customer service.
- Understanding of basic Windows commands (e.g., accessing Control Panel, changing IP settings).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- 100% daytime travel required.
