Overview

Mini Bar Attendant - Conrad Indianapolis (Full-Time). This role is part of the food & beverage team at a luxury hotel owned by a Fortune 500 company. Location: Conrad Indianapolis, 50 W. Washington St, Indianapolis 46204. Shift typically 10 AM to 5 PM; must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay Rate: $16 per hour plus tips and full-time benefits.

Conrad Indianapolis is a luxury hotel with 241 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food & beverage outlets (The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining).

Responsibilities

• Take inventory of and restock Mini Bars using current systems and technology
• Verify product dating and prepare guest checks
• Inspect Mini Bars for functionality and cleanliness
• Stock and maintain the Mini Bar cart
• Assist with unloading and storing orders from the storeroom
• Dispose of trash, straighten office, make keys, exchange dirty glasses and/or utensils as needed
• Operate cart through guest floors to assigned rooms and greet guests, respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
