Casey's is hiring a Regional Construction Supervisor to join the team! The Regional Construction Supervisor leads a team of Construction Supervisors to ensure the completion of new store and remodel projects in alignment with Company guidelines. They will ensure the timely completion of projects, optimize resources and collaborate with Construction Supervisors to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management, coaching and corrective actions for direct reports. Responsible for collaborating with team members on career development and goal setting. Acts as a champion of a committed and empowering culture, working with direct reports and team members on modeling Casey's values.
  • Interprets, implements and enforces Company policies, procedures and safety regulations, ensuring all construction activities adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance. This includes conducting regular safety audits, providing training to project personnel and addressing any violations or concerns promptly.
  • Plans, organizes and ensures timely and efficient projects completion while optimizing resources to meet company objectives.
  • Collaborates with Construction Supervisors to proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during projects.
  • Formulates scope of work for acquisitions and remodels, ensuring that all project requirements are clearly defined and aligned with company objectives.

Starting hiring range: $97,800 - $136,200. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction or related field.
  • Certified by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).
  • In-depth understanding of state and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in building trade standards, terminology and construction methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods and construction practices.
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment, effectively managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Ability to create and implement plans and procedures that enhance the quality and efficiency of store construction processes. Ability to read, interpret blue prints, diagrams and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
  • Work is performed in an office setting, construction site, and at store locations.
  • Travel is required up to 50%, including overnight stays.
    • Valid driver's license required and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job related travel.
Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Smartsheet, Blue Beam
