Job Description

• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest accommodations
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Welcome, register, check-in, and check-out guests, providing keys, room numbers, and recording credit card information
• Manage reservations via in-person, online, and phone inquiries, assisting with room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and rewards programs
• Maintain accurate guest information and perform bookkeeping duties

• This shift is from 3pm to 11pm, requiring open availability including weekends and weekdays.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and customer service skills
• Experience answering calls and handling stressful situations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems
