Pharmacy Technician Contract-to-Hire

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Start: ASAP

Duration: 10-12 weeks, with contract-to-hire potential

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Weekends: Possible rotation

We are actively seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable long-term care pharmacy in Indianapolis. This is a fulfillment-focused role; no IV compounding required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in filling prescriptions under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
• Support data entry and billing tasks
• Prepackage medications in compliance with state and federal standards
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy workspace
• Support inventory management (posting lot numbers, tracking expiration dates, etc.)
• Coordinate timely packaging and delivery preparation of medications

Requirements

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license (must be in-hand)
• Strong fulfillment/dispensing experience (IV experience not required)
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
