Are you a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant located near Battle Creek, MI? Do you have experience with data entry?

Details:

• $14 - $16 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract - 3 months
• Onsite in Battle Creek, MI
• Schedule: M-F 9am - 7pm

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Basic knowledge of medical records or EHR systems (Revolution EHR preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently with physical documents and scanners
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Digitize :30 boxes of paper medical records from a retired doctor
• Enter patient demographic and PII data into Revolution EHR system
• Scan and upload documents into the EHR
• Complete and prepare pre-made postcards with patient name and address
