Overview


Universal Concrete Inc is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and dependable Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. As the backbone of our office team, you'll manage daily tasks such as data entry, invoicing, scheduling, and QuickBooks bookkeeping. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to helping a busy construction company stay efficient and productive.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized digital and physical records.

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Create and send invoices, track accounts receivable/payable using QuickBooks

  • Support the field team with administrative tasks and communications.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Maintain a clean and professional front office environment.



Qualifications



  • Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must demonstrate honesty, dependability, and trustworthiness.
