Front Office Assistant for Premier Hair Restoration Practice in Washington, DC. Bosley, the world's leader in medical hair restoration, is offering an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate. Bosley is seeking a top-notch Front Office Assistant to support our DC surgical office. To be considered, you must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, be a team player, and be excited to grow with our rapidly expanding team. Experience working in a medical spa/salon, hospitality, real estate, or retail is a plus; however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments; field all incoming calls
• Confirm appointments, greet patients upon check-in
• Prepare and maintain patient charts for daily/weekly procedures
• Process patient information, procedure notes, payments, and refunds
• Maintain inventory of office forms, haircare products, and other office supplies
• Assist office staff with day-to-day tasks

• Computer experience including Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of medical office experience
