Bosley is seeking a top-notch Front Office Assistant to support our Atlanta surgical office.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, be a team player, and be excited to grow with our rapidly expanding team. Experience working in a medical spa/salon, hospitality, real estate, and/or retail is a plus; however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Salary: $20/hour

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments, field all incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments, greet patients upon check-in
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts for daily/weekly procedures
  • Process patient information, procedure notes, payments, and/or refunds
  • Maintain inventory of office forms, haircare products, and other office supplies
  • Assist office staff with day-to-day tasks

  • Excellent organizational skills and service industry professionalism
  • Creative thinking ability to identify, anticipate and solve problems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
  • Interest in aesthetics and beauty
  • Computer experience including Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years of medical office experience
