Advantis Conseils Turquie has been providing strategic and operational consulting services since 2003 to international companies aiming to invest in the Turkish market.
We are looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team who is team-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, is honest and diligent, has a good sense of responsibility for tasks and duties, and demonstrates planning and coordination abilities. Proficiency in English is required.
Accounting Support & Secretarial Duties
- Review and verify purchase and sales invoices, record them in Excel and archive appropriately.
- Support the accounting department during monthly closing processes.
- Manage phone and email traffic; direct incoming calls and messages to the relevant persons, take notes and follow up.
- Organize shipping and courier processes; track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure the office is orderly and ready for use daily; manage necessary arrangements in the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas.
- Welcome and host company executives and guests, providing food and beverage service as needed.
- Assist managers with correspondence, filing, archiving, document preparation and follow-up.
- Monitor office supply needs, conduct price research, prepare lists and support procurement processes (stationery, kitchen supplies, technical equipment, etc.).
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports according to the needs of the administrative and project teams.
- Manage employees' daily administrative requests and ensure smooth and coordinated information flow.
Required skills and qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of at least a 2-year program in Economics or related fields.
- Proficient in English, capable of communicating with international contacts via phone, email, and in person.
- French highly appreciated
- Previous experience in a similar role or internships is preferred.
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Curious, investigative, and open to learning and professional development.
- Presentable, respectful, friendly, with clear and proper Turkish diction.
- Dynamic and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using office equipment (printers, scanners, electronic devices).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interested in technology and artificial intelligence.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, meticulous, systematic, with strong reporting skills.
