Position Summary

Hanwha Aerospace USA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys performing a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office calendars
  • Support HR and finance departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and professional office environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
  • Associate’s degree or some college coursework in business or administration
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or basic bookkeeping

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule within standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods
