Pecheles Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Office/Accounting Assistant to join our growing Greenville Team.

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership office experience and be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM. This individual will also handle reception duties regularly. We seek a friendly, kind, energetic person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and possesses strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills. Punctuality and attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and greet customers
  • Manage outgoing mail
  • Scan documents into digital format
  • Process dealership state paperwork and submit on time
  • Handle payoffs and dealer titles
  • Process registrations for vehicles
  • Manage license plate issuing and transfers
  • Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
  • Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
  • Support the Senior Office Coordinator and provide coverage as needed
