Pecheles Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Office/Accounting Assistant to join our growing Greenville Team.
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership office experience and be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM. This individual will also be responsible for reception duties on a regular basis. We are looking for a friendly, kind, and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to attendance and punctuality is essential.

Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and greet customers
- Oversee outgoing mail
- Scan documents into digital format
- Oversee processing of dealership state paperwork and submit on time
- Process all payoffs and obtain dealer titles
- Handle registration for vehicles
- Manage license plate issuing and transfers
- Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
- Support the Senior Office Coordinator and provide coverage as needed
