Job Description

Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s) and/or program(s) and/or facility(ies).

Qualifications

  • Experience: One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Education: Office Administration certificate
  • Competencies: Communication skills; Intermediate - Computer skills; Interpersonal skills; Organizational skills; Basic - Accounting skills; Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work independently
  • Other Information: Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
