A collaboration between Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury boutique brand. A revolutionary fine dining destination is redefining Seoul’s culinary scene. Led by a Korean-born chef—awarded two Michelin stars in New York and ranked No.1 in the U.S. by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants—the restaurant blends global innovation with Korean heritage. In collaboration with Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world-class gastronomic experience. The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site and is individually profitable, in accordance with the hotel’s standards. This position is ranked as Manager level.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, ensuring an off-site operation runs efficiently and profitably in alignment with the hotel’s standards.
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver high standards of service, guest experience, and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership and hotel stakeholders to maintain consistency, elegance, and guest delight.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.
  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
  • Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
  • Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
