Skybokx 109 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, LOVES Sports, and knows how to keep both guests and staff engaged and always welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenues.
- Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, product quality, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community
Requirements:
- Experience as restaurant manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
