Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Skybokx 109 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves sports, and knows how to keep both guests and staff engaged and always welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenues.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, product quality, and customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.

Requirements

• Experience as restaurant manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
