Open leadership roles in Atlanta, GA include General Manager, Assistant General Manager (AGM), Service Manager, and Beverage Manager. These positions lead operations, guest experiences, and team development across Revival’s restaurants.
Open Roles
- General Manager – Lead overall operations, financial performance, and team culture.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Support the GM, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive consistency.
- Service Manager – Oversee floor operations, train service teams, and deliver seamless, high-touch hospitality.
- Beverage Manager – Lead bar and beverage programs, curate cocktails & wine, and elevate guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in food & beverage
- High-end dining or luxury hospitality background preferred
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, and safety standards

Key Roles and Responsibilities
General Manager
- Execute business plans by assessing market demand, monitoring competition, and preparing financial, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Drive profitability by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls, while maximizing guest count and check averages.
- Strengthen community presence through marketing, PR, and relationship-building.
- Lead all management staff in operations, HR, compliance, and long-term growth strategies.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold performance standards.
- Act as second-in-command, ensuring operational consistency across shifts and departments.
- Manage scheduling, floor leadership, and service standards during peak times.
- Support staff development, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in financial oversight, including cost controls, revenue tracking, and reporting.
Service Manager
- Maintain service excellence by overseeing floor operations and daily service flow.
- Monitor guest experiences, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff to uphold brand standards.
- Implement SOPs for service consistency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Beverage Manager
- Oversee all beverage operations, including purchasing, inventory, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and refine wine lists, cocktail programs, and bar service standards.
- Train bar and floor staff on product knowledge and beverage service.
- Monitor cost controls, sales performance, and guest satisfaction specific to beverage offerings.
