Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant server to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a traditional, upper-casual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
  
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
• Uphold company standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine and cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferences:

• ServSafe/Food Handler certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong Latin American cuisine knowledge and experience
