Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
• Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist in resolving guest issues.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be reliable.
• Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and friendly communication.
