Restaurant Server – Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals. Prior face-to-face customer experience is a plus, but your attitude is more important. You must present yourself professionally and communicate clearly. Scheduling flexibility is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every guest. Discover needs and make authentic recommendations guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant or hotel services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in the POS system.
• Perform running side work and opening & closing duties as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
• Prepare final bill, present check, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
• Work with the team by offering or asking for help as situations arise.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor.

• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
