What you will do:

• Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards.
• Perform precise line checks and facility walks; participate in all EcoSure & Health inspections with HOH to ensure a safe production environment.
• Manage all FOH employees in accordance with True Food Kitchen policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
• Manage FOH employees during shifts. Schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws.

• Are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Are resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last-minute requests.
• Have been a key ingredient in the success of a full-service, high-volume restaurant for more than 2 years as a manager.
• Have basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
