We\'re seeking an enthusiastic and personable Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our growing restaurant. Weekends are a must, as they are our busiest and most rewarding times to connect with guests.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcomes: Greet every guest with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Efficient Seating: Manage our reservation system and seating chart to ensure a smooth flow of guests, accommodating preferences and special requests.
• Menu Knowledge: Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed menu information to enhance their dining choices.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.
• Retail Assistance: Process retail purchases, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old, as you\'ll be assisting with wine service.
• Weekend Availability: Full availability on Fridays through Sundays is required.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating reservation platforms and POS systems.
• Experience: Previous hosting experience in an upscale, high-volume setting is preferred.
• Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Certification: Must obtain an Indiana liquor server\'s permit.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
