San Antonio Winery, located in the historic downtown of Los Angeles, is currently seeking to hire servers to support our Maddalena Restaurant and 1917 Bistro. We were awarded the title of Winery of the Year in 2018 by Wine Enthusiast, and we are looking for a talented individual with upscale casual service experience, a professional appearance, a good demeanor, and a strong work ethic. The position is part-time and hourly-based, with tips.

We are looking for inspired and experienced Bussers to join our talented service team. This position requires experience in high-volume food and beverage operations. Candidates should have food service experience and passion for food, beverage, and hospitality. This position plays a significant role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Wiping up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables.
• Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones.
• Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
• Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table.
• Refilling drinking glasses with water.
• Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy.
• Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of the day.

Pay Range

$17 - $18 USD
