Overview
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the Food & Beverage team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.
Base pay range
$58,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr
Compensation
This range is provided by HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Includes benefits and potential bonus.
Responsibilities
- You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage food and beverage staff, coordinate daily operations, and oversee budgets and inventory.
- Report to the Director of Operations or the General Manager.
Education & Experience
- Four year degree from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role in a comparable hotel environment

- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
