Responsibilities
- Join a management team focused on providing kitchen staff with the tools and training they need to succeed, and supporting them during each shift.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff dedicated to execution, consistency, and teamwork.
- Maintain high standards for front of house staff to deliver a phenomenal experience for guests and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Support the goal of a casual fine dining experience with elevated cuisine and beverages from a curated cocktail, wine, and craft beer menu.
- Help ensure a nurturing, professional, and upscale workplace for all team members.
Qualifications
- Current food manager certification and TABC.
- Willingness to be trained for approximately six weeks upon hire.
- Ability to thrive in a truly unique and upscale workplace with a stellar team-minded mentality.
- Document requirements: be prepared to present all documents necessary to hire upon interviewing.
Additional Information
Salary will be based upon experience and existing skill set.
