Compensation

• Base pay between $22.50 - $24.50/hr with annual performance-based merit raises

Job Duties

As a CDL Dock Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Pulling trailers in and out of shipping and receiving docks
• Performing pre-trip yard truck inspection
• Spotting trailers
• Driving trailers on the road to other Blain's warehouse locations
• Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
• Prepping and wrapping pallets

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• Valid CDL and DOT Medical card

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience driving trucks and trailers
