Job Summary: Our Commercial Dock & Door Service Technicians (Service Professionals) are key to preventative and emergency response services. They troubleshoot, service, inspect, install, and repair industrial equipment across diverse environments. The role involves traveling to customer sites, maintaining safety and OSHA compliance, and documenting both paper and digital work orders.

What You’ll Do
Service Professionals perform hands-on customer care, troubleshoot, service, inspect, install, and repair industrial equipment. You will visit multiple sites, complete work orders on paper and digitally, and contribute to safety and OSHA compliance for the company.
What We Look For
Qualified candidates answer Yes to the questions above and possess the following:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience; focus on execution, quality, and impact for Miner customers.
- Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers.
- Interest in learning welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work. Hydraulic and Pneumatics experience is a plus.
- Ability to take direction and work independently while on the road for hours each day.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to think critically about complex situations.
- Technical school training and OEM certifications are desirable but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime opportunities available.
- A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.
